To me probably the most exciting pop album to come out soon. I know the leak is out, but leaks are like unwrapping a Xmas present early and I can wait a few more weeks

I've already listen to the leak a kazillion times

Not sure how much you like her previous two albums, I'd say this is a mix of both, but somehow lacks bite. The production is iffy, very samey and not that easy to listen through. But songs individually are great, it took a while for them to grow on me but now I love the album in general. Gold is my fave song and a massive grower, doesn't have many fans as it kinda blends in with the surroundings, doesn't stand out at first.

I'd rank her albums as
1. Family Jewels
2. Froot
3. Electra Heart

Eh, everything I needed to skip this release. Froot is a good song but even that one I don't know if I'll be able to listen to many times in the future.

nooo, don't give up on it! give it at least a try when it comes out. to be fair, the leak is LQ so that also might have something to do with it.

but if not, then just listen to the masterpiece that is The Family Jewels. there's an album that definitely does not lack bite, humor and energy

it's getting great reviews so far!!! score of 80 on Metacritic. happy for her, this will be her most critically acclaimed album yet

have to find a HQ version now that the album is out, it's really grown on me a lot. the middle part is my fave, even though everyone dislikes it. it gets a bit sandwiched between the bigger songs around it, but it has more staying quality IMO

and I love that Better Than That might be about Ellie Goulding because I hate Ellie so I'm team Marina lol
